Our natural honey is infused with our own lavender. It has a slight hint of lavender so it is not over powering and can be used as you would any honey. We especially enjoy it in herbal tea. Remember that you can replace honey in any recipe that calls for sugar. You will need to decrease your baking temp. by 25 degrees and us 20%e less honey than sugar. Honey also helps with allergies. Some find a tablespoon a day is very helpful.
Our honey is in a decorative round jar with a skirted lid and a sprig of fresh lavender. It would make a wonderful gift for any lavender or honey lover.
