Vanilla Glazed Kohlrabi

2 kohlrabi, pelled (make sure all the green layer is removed) and sliced 1/4 inch thick.
3 Tbs butter
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs honey
Preheat a wide saute pan to medium heat. Add butter and kohlrabi, cover for one minute. Add honey, vanilla extract, salt and pepper, cover and cook 2 more minutes. Uncover and finish cooking the kohlrabi as they glaze. Serve.
