Swiss Chard and Orange Saute

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oel

1 bunch Swiss Chard (about 1 Lb), leaves and stem cut into 1 inch strips

1 orange

Salt & Pepper

Warm oil in skillet.  Slice orange in half and juice.  Save juice and cut 1/2 of orange peel into strips.  Add chard and orange zest to skillet.  Sautee until chard wilts (about 5 minutes), stirring frequently.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Add orange juice, toss and serve.  *Note:  recipe adapted from Martha Stewart Magazine
