Spinach Melon-Mint Salad

- Salad -
1 (10 oz) bag baby spinach leaves
2 C cubed melon (your choice watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew)
1 small ren onion, thinly sliced or diced
1 avacado, diced (optional)
1 C chopped pecans or walnuts
1 C fresh mint, chopped finely

- Dressing -
1 C apple cider vinegar
1/4 C Worcestershire sause
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 T sesame seeds
1 T poppy seeds
1/4 C sugar

Whisk all ingredients and set aside. Pour on salad just before serving to prevent sogginess.
