Sliced Heirloom Tomato Salad with Fresh Mint, Basil and Steen's Cane Vinegar
2 heirloom tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 fresh spearmint leaves
4 fresh basil leaves, purple or green
Steen's cane vinegar
¼ c Ryals Dairy goat feta crumbled, optional
Roll mint and basil leaves together and slice into thin strips. Arrange sliced tomatoes on platter. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. Drizzle with Steen's cane vinegar. Top with Ryal's Dairy goat feta if desired.
