Shredded Beef in the Slow Cooker
Shredded beef is great wtih B-B-Q sauce on bread or in burritos or tacos.
This is a basic guide to making shredded beef.
1 Chuck Roast
1 can of tomatoes or 1 pound peeled and seeded tomatoes
seasonings to fit your need
for example onion powder, garlic powder, etc.
Steps:
Trip excess fat off the chuck roast.
Place in the slow cooker.
Add tomatoes and 1-2 cups of water.
Add desired seasonings.
Cook on low for approimatly 8 hours.
Remove the meat from the slow cooker and shred with two forks in a bowl.
