ROSEMARY GARLIC RUB

ROSEMARY GARLIC RUB
A fantastic marinade for lamb or chicken.

4 cloves garlic, peeled
4 tablespoons rosemary, finely minced
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Rub on meat, and marinate several hours. Proceed to roast or grill.
