Roasted Turnips

For those who don't wanna fuss with a complicated recipe, you can't get much easier than this. We like this because it seems to take some of the bitterness out of the turnip. Feel free to combine this with chunks of carrots or beets and you'll have something roasted and sweet alongside your turnips!

Cut turnips into bite sized chunks.

Toss with olive oil (or oil of your choice)

Lightly salt and pepper them.

Spread onto baking tray.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so....or until they brown lightly.
