Roasted Garlic Scapes

  1. Rinse scapes.
  2. Place in roasting dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Toss in dish.
  6. Place in 400F oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
  7. Enjoy immensely.
