Paolo's Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- Pork Tenderloin
- Diced Carrots
- Chopped Black Olives
- Chopped leeks
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Red Wine
Rub tenderloin with salt and pepper and olive oil. Cover with carrots, olives, and leeks. Splash with red wine and bake. Bake at 325 for 30 to 40 minutes. Note: Time will vary according to the size of your cut of meat. Follow package directions or ask your butcher. The time indicated above is for a 3 lb cut.
