Komatsuna Slaw
8 oz Komatsuna (thinly sliced)
¼ c. fresh basil leaves (chiffonnade) or frozen basil or pesto
2 tsp dark sesame oil
1 tsp Downing’s Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp tamari sauce
½ tsp sugar
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Toss together, chill and serve
