Grilled Roast
Grilling Time: 2 and one-fourth hours
4 lbs. Grassfed Beef Roast
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. dried Mustard
2 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. pepper
Vegetables:
8-10 Carrots
6-8 New Potatoes
3-4 medium Onions
2 Green Peppers
Preheat Grill. Place roast in Grill for 45 minutes. While grilling the roast, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Clean and chop vegetables. Remove roast from grill and place in small roasting pan. Arrange vegetables and cover with sauce. Cover with foil and place back in the grill for 1-1 1/2 hours until tender.
