2 cups cooked Campbell Farms popcorn rice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Season to taste
Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Saute� onions in oil. Add rice and fry until slightly browned. Add eggs and seasonings. Cook on medium heat until all the eggs are cooked. Great with a teriyaki dish!
