Buckwheat Pilaf
Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup carrots
1 tbsp of margarine
Directions
Saute veggies, add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Add buckwheat. Cover and simmer on low heat until all water is absorbed.
