Blood Orange Curd

juice and zest of 3 blood oranges
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
1 stick of butter, cold
Mix juices and zest together.
In a double boiler, mix yolks, sugar and a dash of juice together. Start cooking on medium heat.
Add juice every 5 minutes or so until all is added. Cook until curd coats the back of a spoon.
Remove from heat and add butter a tablespoon at a time.
Put in a container place saran wrap directly onto curd. Refrigerate for 1 day be for using.
