Berry Cheesecake

Simple graham cracker crust:
Preheat oven to 350. then mix till just holding together...
1 C graham crackers crumbled
1/2 C flour
1/3 C maple syrup
Oil 8 in pie pan and spread mixture evenly in pan. Bake 10 min. Cool

Filling:
Spread one package of cream cheese in the bottom.

Put about 6 cups of blueberries in a sauce pan on med. heat. Mix and add 3 C sugar (I cut the sugar in half and it was sweet enough) and 9 Tbs of cornstarch. Cook till thickened and fill pie crust. Chill and enjoy!
