Bruschetta

A Honeyhill Farm Favorite!

Ingredients:
Loaf of good crusty bread that has a tough interior texture
        (e.g. Wegmans Pain de Campagne)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
1) Toast 1“ slices in 250 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until golden
2) Scrub a clove of raw garlic onto the toasted bread, to taste
3) Drizzle olive oil over toast: you now have Bruschetta!

Indulge yourself with some or all of the below options; Oh that is so good!


Options:
Fresh ground black pepper, pinch sea salt, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, fresh tomato slices

Serve immediately; as a starter course.
