1 bunch kale (washed, dried, chopped into bite size)
2 tbsp olive oil
sprinkle of salt
Preheat oven to 350.
Make sure that the kale is completely dry. (a salad spinner is a great tool, if not, the old kitchen towel trick).
Toss kale with oil until each chopped piece is covered.
Lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake in preheated oven for 10minutes. Check if it's getting crispy. Then put it back for another 5minutes, check and another 5minutes. Kale cooks so fast in an oven. You don't want to burn them.
Best if consumed immediately.
