Kale Banana Smoothie
1 frozen banana,
sliced
¾ cup kale, torn in
pieces, lightly packed, stems removed
¾ cup almond milk
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground
ginger
Blend above
ingredients.
Optional: You can
also add ½ cup iced coffee, and it tastes excellent, and gives an additional
"boost" and antioxidants.
Serves 1
