Refreshing Early Summer Salad

Just want to share this very refreshing salad i made the other day.  It's perfect for a scorching hot day like today to cool you off.  I used most of the available crops that's ready for harvest at the moment, like radishes, greens and strawberries.  The other stuff i bought on sale at a local supermarket, you can't go wrong with this recipe that is so easy to make.

My apologies as I never measure when i'm making something impulsive.  I usually just try to taste and adjust whatever is needed.   I'll try to get the measurements next time and update this recipe together with a picture.

Enjoy! -Marie
