2 heads romaine, chopped (can use any lettuce, really)
5 cloves garlic, crushed and soaked in ½ to ¾ cup olive oil overnight
Juice from ~2 lemons
salt and pepper
Wash and chop lettuce. Add olive oil to lettuce. Mix well. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Add parmesan cheese. Mix well. Add croutons, mix, and serve.
