Blue Moon Slaw
1 - small head of cabbage shredded
2 - tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 - tbs sweet onion prepared dressing
2 – 6 oz containers of Emerald Valley Artisans Blue Moon Fromage Blanc
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Blend Blue Moon Fromage Blanc with the extra virgin olive oil. Add shredded cabbage.
Mix and season to taste.
